1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document and any supplementary policies published by monk4d:

• "Platform" — refers to the monk4d website, mobile-optimized interface, all sub-pages, and any associated services accessible at https://monk4d.cam.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has completed registration and holds an active account on the monk4d platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created upon completion of the monk4d sign-up process, verified through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• "Funds" — refers to any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held within a Member's monk4d account, whether deposited, awarded as a bonus, or accrued through winnings.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any monetary stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other game of chance offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or loyalty reward granted by monk4d to a Member, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed and/or upon request by the Platform's compliance team.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all platform operations, draw schedules, and customer support hours.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the monk4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously maintained throughout membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. monk4d operates a strict 21+ policy across all game verticals, including sports betting, live casino, togel markets, and slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles. Evidence of age may be requested at any time.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have assessed your own legal position and accept full responsibility for compliance with any laws applicable to you.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
4. Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with monk4d or any other gaming operator that covers your use of this Platform.
5. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended monk4d account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account at any given time.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of monk4d services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

• You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• monk4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. monk4d will not be liable for any unauthorized access arising from your failure to safeguard these credentials.
• You must notify monk4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Account sharing — permitting another person to access or operate your monk4d account — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
• monk4d may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application without being required to state a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the monk4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern the depositing and withdrawal of funds:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon; or via e-wallet transfer through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and member verification tier.
• Deposit confirmations are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. monk4d does not guarantee processing times during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of high transaction volume.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered under your verified monk4d account name may be declined and returned to the source, minus any applicable processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request. Withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 WIB on a banking business day are typically processed within 24 hours.
• monk4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal exceeding Rp 10.000.000, or where suspicious activity has been flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.
• Funds derived from voided bets, system errors, or fraudulent deposits are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account balance upon discovery.
• Repeated withdrawal requests for amounts just below reporting thresholds may be flagged and investigated under anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

monk4d offers a range of bonus and promotional programs to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x, 10x). The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed at the point of acceptance and in the promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses not utilized within their specified validity window will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. Validity periods are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonus types carry a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived funds. This cap, where applicable, is disclosed upfront in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports betting wagers typically contribute at 100%; live casino wagers at 10%–50%; togel wagers at a rate specified per promotion. Slot contributions vary by provider and game title.
• Bonus Abuse: monk4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated wagering designed to minimize risk while satisfying rollover requirements. Detection of such activity will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of all funds pending investigation.
• Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Seasonal Promotions: Special promotional offers tied to Indonesian cultural events and holidays carry their own specific terms, which are published separately at the time of the promotion's launch. These are supplements to, not replacements of, these General Terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the monk4d platform across all verticals:

• Accepted Wagers: A wager is only considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a reference number has been issued. Bets placed during connectivity interruptions or system errors are not guaranteed to be recorded.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet selection are indicative only. Final odds are confirmed at the point of bet acceptance. In-play (live) odds are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Voided Bets: monk4d reserves the right to void any wager where: an obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error") has been identified; the event to which the wager relates is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void; or evidence of match-fixing or integrity concerns is established by the relevant sporting body.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers require all legs to be settled as won for a return to be paid. If any single leg is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator recalculated on the remaining legs. At least two valid legs must remain for a mix parlay to stand.
• Togel Draw Results: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. mon k4d accepts no liability for delays or errors in third-party draw publication, but will settle all wagers according to the officially confirmed result once available.
• RTP (Return to Player): All slot games, live casino games, and RNG-based titles display their certified RTP percentages within the game information panel. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee specific session outcomes.
• Maximum Winnings: monk4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet slip, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting rules section of each game vertical and may vary by sport, league, and event type.

7 Responsible Gaming

monk4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help members maintain control over their betting activity. The following measures are available to all members:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: You may set net loss limits over a specified period. Once the limit is reached, no further wagering will be permitted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure automatic logout after a defined session duration (e.g., 60 minutes, 120 minutes). A warning notification will appear 5 minutes before the session expires.
• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• Reality Checks: You may enable on-screen reminders that display at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes) showing your current session duration and net win/loss.

8 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the monk4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and the compilation of all such content, is the property of monk4d or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from monk4d;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform;
• Use automated systems, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access, monitor, or extract data from the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

The monk4d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by monk4d. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, monk4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, system downtime, connectivity failures, or software errors;
• Delays or failures in processing deposits, withdrawals, or wagers due to third-party payment processor failures, bank processing delays, or network outages;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any content, conduct, or communications by third-party users or external websites linked from the Platform;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, results, or game outcomes, except where such errors have been confirmed as palpable errors by monk4d and appropriate corrective action has been taken.

monk4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform in any calendar year shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during that year.

monk4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Platform or any content provided therein. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

10 Termination

10.1 Member-Initiated Termination: You may close your monk4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed as a final withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirement satisfaction if applicable.

10.2 Platform-Initiated Termination: monk4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• You have created or operated duplicate accounts;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity on the Platform;
• You have abused bonuses, promotions, or platform features in a manner deemed unfair or contrary to the spirit of the offer;
• Your activity has been flagged by our automated fraud detection systems or compliance team;
• monk4d has determined, in its sole discretion, that your continued membership poses a risk to the Platform, other members, or our license obligations.

In the event of Platform-initiated termination for breach, monk4d may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms will be forfeited. Legitimate funds will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any applicable fees.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the monk4d platform shall be resolved through the following escalation procedure:

1. Customer Support: You must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting monk4d's customer support team via live chat. Our support agents are trained to handle account disputes, payment issues, and game outcome queries.

12 Amendments to Terms

monk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to members. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. monk4d recommends that you check this page at least once every 30 days, or before making any significant deposit or wager.
